Digital fan experiences are our business. We see ourselves and the EVENTIM.Tixx product platform as a digitalisation partner for sports clubs, associations, arenas and organisers from the sports and festival environment.

Everything for the fans of the BVB

Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park is known all over the world - and everywhere "the yellow wall" is a symbol of football passion, enthusiasm and fan joy. When almost 25,000 spectators in the south stand and cheer on their Borussia, it gives you goosebumps every time, both live in the stadium and in front of the television. Getting the available tickets smoothly to the many fans who regularly "rush" to the ticket online shop is not easy at all - and undoubtedly a real challenge. 

Our software is designed precisely for these situations - with a cloud-based platform and a scaling IT system architecture that is available as a SaaS model. Last but not least, we offer the highest level of data and failure security through self-hosted servers.

Single and season tickets for Bundesliga matches, the DFB Cup and international matches are sold via the EVENTIM.Tixx product platform. In order to meet the large ticket demand and to ensure a fair allocation, BVB uses two further modules from the EVENTIM.Tixx product platform as a key driver: the fully integrated secondary market solution as well as the lottery tool, which is also integrated in the ticket online shop.
 

 

Professional - under the basket and digital

The basketball club ALBA BERLIN is one of the most successful in the country. The professional basketball players play their home games in the Uber Arena, regularly in front of 10,000 spectators. This makes ALBA Berlin the most visited basketball team in the whole of Europe

So it is clear that these spectators have to be especially well looked after. Germany's largest basketball club has been relying on various solutions from the EVENTIM.Tixx product platform for over 15 years. The professionalisation and digitalisation of the entire club is taking place step by step and is therefore not yet complete - this project is being worked on with great enthusiasm and goal orientation for the benefit of the customers. ALBA BERLIN is not only well positioned on the court and under the basket! 

Preparation is key - on and off the court

Three top-class WTA and ATP tennis tournaments between the French Open and Wimbledon - as an official Wimbledon partner, e|motion sports GmbH offers players the perfect opportunity to prepare for the Grand Slam grass court tournament.

Speaking of preparation: e|motion is also optimally prepared for its threefold workload in June in the areas of ticketing, CRM, campaign management and access control.

An example of our success: since the start of our partnership in 2013, the proportion of people who buy their tickets online has risen to 85% - that's an increase of 250% since the first joint tournament.

Ice hockey in Germany's largest indoor arena

The Kölner Haie are a legendary club in German ice hockey: founded in 1972, the club has won eight championships. Up to 18,600 spectators cheer on the team at their home games in the multi-purpose hall LANXESS arena - to date, over eight million spectators have already been counted at home matches. Anyone who hasn't been there yet has missed out on a special experience!

The founding member of the German Ice Hockey League uses - in addition to high-performance ticket sales via the individualised online shop - also the customer service is provided by the team of EVENTIM.Tixx. Among other things, fans can resell their season tickets to other fans securely and fairly in the self-service area via the integrated secondary market solution. For those who want a very special setting, there is the option of purchasing premium tickets. These can also be booked via the ticket online shop.
