We believe that fans should be able to pay for their tickets online securely and conveniently. This can significantly increase the ticket purchases and conversions of the organisers.

Here, too, we want to take the pressure off you: we are happy to take over all relevant payment processes. Together with our partner KPS Payment, we realise optimal payment and offer high security standards.

You are additionally protected by us: KPS Payment is certified by the PCI Security Standards Council, which monitors security standards in payment transactions worldwide.

Customer service

Our customer service is certainly as efficient as possible. All clubs and organisers we work with have their own e-mail address and telephone number - the latter including the club-specific registration formula.

On behalf of the organiser, we also take over the complete operation of the ticket hotline; with order acceptance, advice, payment and fulfilment. Every customer contact is documented by the ticket hotline staff in our Tixx-CRM, so that the organiser has access to the complete contact history and customer data at all times.

Fulfillment - as we all know, this means the entire process of order processing, especially in the e-commerce sector. When it comes to ticket printing, packaging, shipping and everything else, we are absolute fulfilment experts.

We take care of single tickets and season tickets, and in both cases we are also happy to take into account the individual wishes of our partners. We also put the finishing touches to the packaging of the orders and take care of the dispatch to the fans.

Especially our partners from all league sports like to take advantage of this service at the start of a new season and leave the processing of the season ticket business to us - in order to have more space for the essentials.
