This is why we offer the integration platform Tixx-Connect as well as the single sign-on Tixx-SSO.
Every system has its own specific architecture, functions and development possibilities. However, with today's requirements in our fast-moving industry, even the best solution sometimes reaches its limits. That is why we have developed Tixx-Connect, an integration platform that connects our EVENTIM.Tixx platform with external applications, e.g. financial accounting, an app or merchandise management. Tixx-Connect is based on technologies that handle data exchange in a high-performance, highly available and secure manner, such as RESTful web services.

Transmission of all customer-related data
Transfer of product and invoice data
Transfer of ticketing and access data
Tixx-SSO offers a fan login for all connected systems. For single sign-on, we use state-of-the-art authentication and authorisation technologies based on OAuth2 and OpenID Connect. We attach great importance to the greatest possible data security and therefore rely on self-hosted authentication servers.
In addition to our own solution, various other identity providers can also be used and third-party SSO systems can be integrated via the Tixx-Connect technology.
Dashboard for all important key figures
Everything at a glance: With EVENTIM.Analytics, our dashboard for all important key figures, it is very easy to evaluate sales figures per competition, event and down to block level. With the help of a visualised display, Analytics offers all options for measuring success. It provides insight into sales performance and allows definitions for break-even, benchmarking and review of sales targets.
Integration via the Google Tag Manager
In addition to analysing the sales figures, we send information about the behaviour of the fans in the online shops to the Google Tag Manager via a DataLayer. On this basis, each organiser is able to evaluate the (inter)actions of the fans, track online marketing measures and activate further services via the Google Tag Manager in the online shops.
