TIXX MERCHANDISING – EXPANSION OF PURCHASE VOUCHER FUNCTIONALITIES

We have expanded the functionalities of purchase vouchers in merchandising by several points: It is now possible, in addition to the existing voucher templates in ticket format, to store vouchers in DIN A4 format.

In this case, the vouchers are sent to the fan as a PDF attachment in the email after the order is completed.
If a fan orders multiple vouchers, these are sent as separate attachments to simplify individual forwarding to the recipients. In addition, the design and usability of the areas in the shop where the fan interacts with purchase vouchers have been optimized:

Order confirmation:
A separation between ordered items and vouchers has been implemented. In addition, a functionality has been developed that allows the fan to download all vouchers purchased so far either collectively or individually. The voucher code is already displayed in the overview, so the fan can view and directly copy the voucher code without downloading the PDF.
